HOW MUCH IS YOUR POSTAL CHARGE?

All retail orders are sent by 1st class post free of charge within the UK. Orders to Europe are charged at a flat rate of £3, orders to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are charged at £6 for the first scarf plus £3 for each additional scarf.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

All orders are processed automatically once placed on the website. If you wish to cancel please call us or email info@yorkscarves.co.uk

 

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CONTACT NUMBER AND EMAIL?

We must have accurate contact information in case of product backorders or delivery issues. If the order placed has insufficient information then we reserve the right to delay the shipping pending the receipt of additional delivery details. Your e-mail address will be used to send your Confirmation of Order and other delivery information for your shipment. We will assume the details given on the order are correct. Your information will never be sold or shared with any third parties.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DISPATCH MY ORDER?

All orders are dispatched within 24hrs. If an order is placed before 2pm it will be posted that day. If you have sepcific delivery needs, such as special delivery or courier, please call us and we can make arrangements.
